Administrative work is a natural part of everyday life for healthcare professionals – but it often takes up a significant portion of their time. By allowing artificial intelligence to assist with internal administrative tasks, Viklinik aims to support its staff and make administrative work more efficient. This is where Meta Bytes comes in. Through this collaboration, an AI-based chatbot is being developed to simplify internal administrative tasks for Viklinik’s healthcare staff, as part of the clinic’s broader digitalization and efficiency efforts.

The chatbot will act as a digital assistant for employees in their internal administrative work, with a focus on text support. A key feature for ensuring continuous improvement and relevant responses is that Viklinik’s administrators can adjust the underlying prompts that run in combination with the employee’s text or image input. This makes the tool flexible and allows Viklinik to tailor it based on their knowledge of what responses are most valuable for the staff. The tool provides text support and administrative relief for healthcare workers – entirely independent from Viklinik’s other systems, generating text outputs in complete isolation from their operational environment.
